What is viewable on a sprint cell phone account?

Question by Sassy: What is viewable on a sprint cell phone account?
I share an account with someone but they handle all the details. I want to know what information is viewable on a cell phone bill? I know that my calls are logged but what about text, email and BBM (Blackberry Message)? Can they see those too? Thanks!

They can see when texts are sent, but not to who.

They can't see what you say either.

So don't worry ;];

How do you transfer a phone # from one cell phone to another cell phone and still keep the same cell account?

Question by seahawk family: How do you transfer a phone # from one cell phone to another cell phone and still keep the same cell account?
II own the phones and brought the cell phones from the company that I have the account through. I just don't want to go through the hassle of waiting in line or being on the phone with someone for a long time.

I don't think that you can do it yourself without entering them manually. But if you go in, it only takes a few seconds for them to transfer them. It might be quicker, even waiting in line then doing it yourself.

Is there a way I can port an existing cell phone number onto my current account?

Question by Michelle E: Is there a way I can port an existing cell phone number onto my current account?
I added my husband onto my cell phone account but I wanted to keep his cell phone number the same so his father doesn't have to worry about the fees or minutes. How can I do this?

Call customer service of your current cell phone provider. Each of the main Cellular providers has a special department called the porting department. BTW the process of transfering an existing number to a new account from another provider is called porting.

Here they are going to need:

The name of the account of the cell phone number you want
The password " " " " " " " " "
The account number "" " " " " " " "

They will tell you to wait a day and your set.

Also before you call, make sure your account is active. They can't get his old phone number if he already closed the account with the other company. They can only get the account if the old account is still active.

It will take a day maybe a few days for the porting to complete.
