I share an account with someone but they handle all the details. I want to know what information is viewable on a cell phone bill? I know that my calls are logged but what about text, email and BBM (Blackberry Message)? Can they see those too? Thanks!

sure, it can, as the phone working in USA is quad band, but China only needs two band mobile phone. Please rest assured.
