What are some good sites to buy new cell phones from?

Question by Jess: What are some good sites to buy new cell phones from?
I don't want to buy a cell phone from Verizon Wireless because I don't want to get into the 2-yr. contract. I've searched Amazon and eBay and all of there phones are $ 175 to $ 200 for new phones and I'm definitely not getting a used phone. What are other cell phone sites that you can buy Verizon cell phones from and that you can trust?

you can buy cell phones directly from Verizon with no contract
the drawback is they cost significantly more money.

your choices:
buy a new phone with a 2-year contract, pay less (or nothing) for the phone
buy a no-contract phone, for a fairly high cost, and then cancel your contract at any time.
