I can order a new cell phone with 2 year contract from AT&T now or soon.
Should I wait a bit longer because better cell phones come out over the holidays?

I'd at least wait until next month when the new Google phone is supposed to be released. it's rumored to be revolutionary.

it depends on how much you want a new phone. It doesn't sound like your current phone is broken, so if you don't have a problem with it then there's no real reason to go for a new one, waiting will only give you a bigger break on the price anyway.
