I don't use my Home Phone much, so Basically, I am just considering getting a Cell Phone for Work and Emergencies, just in Case a Co-worker needs to get a hold of me, what would be the Best Cell Phones and Plans?

walmart has a new phone plan called smart talk for like 45 dollars a month and it includes everything like texting and all that crap.
