I'm visiting Barcelona and will be making calls from landlines to cell phones using the card. I'm the only one who gets charged for the calls?

It depends on the person's cell phone that you're calling. If you're calling someone with a cell phone in Spain, that person will not be charged, because in Europe cell phones are not charged for incoming calls. If you're calling someone in the US with a cellphone, then that person will be charged regular airtime minutes, becuase in the US cell phones are charged by the minute, whether you are the one making the call or receiving it. This would get more complicated if the person you were calling in Spain was using an American cell phone (i.e. they were someone who lives in America but visiting Spain). Then I don't know -- that person would need to find out from their cell phone company what the charges are for making/receiving calls while out of the country.
