I just moved, and my cell phone gets very poor signal and I'm not sure if different cell phones get better signal.

I've got a Samsung SCH-A850, It's pretty old, and Verizon is my service provider, I would like to stay with Verizon.

A different cell phone won't give you better service. It's all about the carrier you're using. Even on different service providers, some places are just not cell-phone friendly. Have you contacted Verizon about this?

The signal reception for my sprint instinct 30 cell phone is horrible. The map shows that I should have good coverage. Yahoo is my email provider which also does not get good reception. Any suggestions to improve my web browser and cell phone signal reception?

What you are looking for is a Sprint Airave. The Airave acts like a mini cell tower in your home. What you do is plug it into a high speed internet connection, and then use it to make unlimited calls on the Airave network. I'm not sure of everything it does, but there's an article about it here:
