Skype will only let me buy a plan for 7 hours worth of talk time to call UK mobile phones. Do any cell phone carriers have international plans to cover UK cell phones?
Well, it turns out Skype now does have an Unlimited Europe plan with includes the UK for $ 40 a month that they didn't have before. lol. I wish they'd told me that instead of leaving me on the 400 minute per month UK mobile plan which costed the same amount. lol. But, if anyone knows of any other alternatives, I'd appreciate having options.

the cheapest way to call to other countries would be via wifi. if you have a smart phone you can download calling apps that will lwt you call for free if they have the same apps. sorry i have no answer for your question but its just an alternative

If you have a smart phone or android phone, then you can download apps like watsapp, which takes just internet connection that too very minimal. Or you can talk through chaton, which also runs on internet. All these are the cheapest way of talk to people in any other part of the world. Or you can also try with some telecom companies if they provide any cheap rental plan.
